Bad customer service

Yesterday went to shoprite in naledi soweto the level of customer is awful to say the least. Went to the money market with my sister we go in and ask to take out money then the lady with an attitude asks are you from the queue outside we ask what queue, we go out and find a queue outside as yet there is no queue inside so was puzzeled as to why do people have to queue outside and looking at the time its 19:45. They take their own time as if they are doing us a favor by serving people.
