BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

i went to shopryt the minute they opened at 08h00 this morning, i wanted to buy some breakfast, but i decided to play the powetrball first, i took the ticket and marked the number n the shelf counter at the money market n proceeded to wait on the queue for my turn, the were two clients infront of me, when it was my turn the cashier kedibone said with attitude the lotto machine is out of order since monday n sher didnt even check if its back online again, before i even said anything she screamed next with attitude, the i told her why didnt she inform me in time that the machine was out of order then i could have not wasted my precious time n bought my breakfast n left, i took my time to support a local brand and now the lady sees client as a distraction to her work not as the reason why she woke up and sat at the desk to serve us, the sooner she realise we the clienbt are the reason why she has the job the better. looking at the growth of shopryt brand from humble beginnings to what it hasa achieved today through blood sweat nvctears of dedicated individuals that toilerd n built not only future of the brand but families of the employees have benefited so far, iam sure the strategy that pieter englebrehct n his predessesors had a vision and still uphold the vision strategies that the companies align wiyth n not fogetting communities within which its exisiting, i am happy to say i saw S****s development in community service within the website but i think they neglect people like kidibone she needs client sercives development, the share price has increased to 11%=52 billion so if really people like kedibone contributed to that growth then i will dissociate myself with such brand, but i know n support it because of its giving back to our communities so i am gatvol if i see that employees sees us as stupid distraction n they dont know who they sell to on a daily basis, last week i had n interesting conversation with the chemist very nyce lady at randburg square shopryt chemist those are our unsunbg heros they make me feel welcomed.. so just take kedibone tpo shadow that lady at the chemist she can learm a thing or two
