bad customer service

I went into the shoprite at Mount edge comb plaza near phoenix, only to buy chicken, when I got to the till it turned out that the chicken did not have a barcode on it, I told the cashier it was the last one, so she called the supervisor the supervisor came and all she said was she will go call another guy. After standing and waiting for 15mins i noticed that she was busy talking to another lady. I had to ask the lady who was packing to go ask her if had got the barcode, after 20min of waiting she finally went and called the guy she said she is going to call, i had to go find the price of the chicken myself cause it took him another 10min to come out the office and another 10min to go weigh the chicken ... After me waiting there for more than half an hour with no knowledge of what was going on and me asking them 5 times if they are getting the barcode. They did not even apologise to me or the other customers who was waiting in the que, they customer service ****** sucks they have a don't care attitude, and the supervisors are more interested in talking to the friends than assisting the customers... Shoprite needs to take alook at there mangement and reconsider because this is not the first time their customer service stinks!!!
