Bad customer service

On the date of Sep 2017 i went to Shoprite at Kwa-Thema to buy few groceries and withdraw cash, the first lady was willing to assist but her speed point was not working and the manager asked some other lady on her till to assist but with attitude she did not help but just looked at me and continued with helping the people on her queue, i then asked if she was going to help me but she said " I dont have money i dont know why she sent you here" , and that was with attitude, the manager asked someone else and she made me queue for 5 - 10 minutes then she said " you waiting for money?" i said yes then she said but i dont have. I feel that my time was wasted and its unfair to wait for so long and get no assistance, they should have just said they dont have money and the attitude was not necessary, a lot of people are complaining about the service we get at that Shoprite, i do not want to give out their names but customer service is 90% poor. The attitude we get from the workers at Shoprite make the shopping uneasy, you get them grumpy and you will not be even greeted they just look at you and push your goods. The other day one of the cleaner was mopping just in our feet and when she saw that we are looking at what shes doing she then asked the till lady to close up and we must go start queue on other till without asking nicely. People need to start respecting us as costumers and their jobs.
