Bad customer service!!!

I just come from the Shoprite here in Gugulethu mall, where they tried to rip me off by overcharging me yet the pricing on the shelves are way different then what was being rang at the till, R/B all purpose cleaner was 19.99 and they were charging me 24.99,Pretty woman comb set was 29.99 and they were charging me 34.99, Tuffy refuse bags were 34.99 and they tried to charge me 42.99,all of their prices were wrong, what upsets me the most is that I had to run around like a headless chicken to prove the prices I am talking about, as if I'm the one who put up the wrong prices or as if I work at Shoprite. The customer service is appalling, none of the service staff even apologized.
