Bad customer service

I am a regular shopper at U-save in Hillbrow Claim street and Esselen and would like to say iam more than disgusted by the service and the terrible.stench in that shop.at peak hours there is only one cashier for a very long long queue and i doubt the shop even has a manager because the service really sucks .a ****a shop is even operated better than that U-save. Everyone does their own thing and doesnt even care about the customers. We know the shop is also next to a dilapidated flat that smells very terrible but is there no cleaning substance that can get rid of the stench in the shop at least. I think we as consumers are going to get sick because of the smell in that shop coz it really is a mess.
