Bad customer service

At 12:17 was at shoprite riverside square at deli they we're guys from construction and was on the que waiting for the lady to assist me, by the way I am 8months pregnant but the lady was busy with the construction guys, until the other customer ask if she's following the que or the guys are having a special order
