Bad customer service

<p>My dad deposited money via money market at shoprite at Boitekong Mall in Rustenburg on the 26/03/2017. The receipient never received the money upon request since the staff there claimed that the pin was incorrect,so they asked him to wait for 7days to pass for him to get back his money.but that period has long since passed nothing has been received and Shoprite Is busy giving him some run arounds till today. When he demands them to call management they keep on stalling and telling him he's not the only one with that kind of problem.Its easter now and he needs that money ASAP!!!</p>
