Bad customer service...

<p>I went to shoprite in Phumula,as it's 2minutes away from my house.... on the 28 march..... picked the two products I needed.3terminals were operating,the 4th 1being the kiosk..... the 3main terminals were over whelmed with customers ,I than went to the kiosk as I saw a staff member asking her colleague to purchase.I was told I can't,funny cause I use to pay my 1 item in the kiosk... even the manager Ntokozo refused as I asked him.. he told me about a express till,.... and that the terminal in the kiosk does not take other items either than THE ones around THE kiosk,,,,... I dont understand why I should get a run around as a customer.bare in mind kiosk was empty,but THEY willing to do eachother favours as colleagues...</p>
