Bad customer service

I am very disappointed with the level of service I experienced this morning at Protea Glen Ridge Shoprite, a cashier by the name of Nyeledi Chauke has decided to isolate me as a Customer. This morning instead of serving me she decided to move away from her till and hold a chat with her colleagues. What level of service is that? I then moved to be served by another cashier, this is very unprofessional of her. She doesn't want to allow me to shop with my RCS CREDIT CARD, question Why of all the SHOPRITE / CHECKERS stores the PROTEA GLEN RIDGE branch is the only store that has its own rules around the usage of RCS CREDIT CARD? I have never been discriminated anywhere else except by this specific cashier at this branch for using my card. Worse of all, there are no signage anywhere that say customers paying with a RCS credit card are subject to different purchasing rules in this branch
