Bad Customer Service

<p>I visited SHOPRITE MARK PARK to purchase Revite & Minerals on the 1st December 2016.After the purshase i realised the the product has expired 11/2015.I then requested to speak to the person incharge with customer complains. The lady by the name Maria Nale attended me with professionalism &sense of urgency. She the refferd the matter to the Store Manager Mr Sipho Mbatha. The man did not show any interest in helping me at all. He the took away the product and said its SHOPRITE promlem , I must lay my complaint with the merchendiser of Revite. Mr Mbatha took away the product and instucted one of his emplee's to buti at the back . He walk away and left me unatteded.I had a till slip with me nobody was helping me with the refund ,i the remembered the is still one box on the shelf, then i took that last one and left. He said his boss advised him not to appologise formerly as I requested a written explanation.</p> <p>kindly help.</p>
