bad customer service

<p>i bought a coffe machine from shoprite for R180.00. it failed and was replaced. within 4 months it failed again. i took it back and was told they will only warrenty it from the first day of purchase. for a new unit failinig within four months. head office stats that its their policy. why wasnt i told of that policy when i bought it. or when i returned it the first time. then i would have asked for my money back or at least add more money and buy a better product. this is not good customer care at all.</p>
