Bad customer service

<p>I received the most rotten service from Shoprite Kwa thema I had to wait a whole 35 minutes by the money market to get service while the consultant's chat up a storm and even the superiors there are least bothered as to how their customers are treated. It's as if they are there to collect a salary and go home. One thing I know is that customer waiting time must be acknowledged and respected. Yuck what a waste. </p>
