Bad Customer Service

Never ever felt so humiliated by a staff member at Shoprite at Glenridge Soweto around past 19h00.We are consumers, and we are the to buy not to be asked questions and its very surprising how someone has a never to ask such question while on shift. Are they hired to ask customers why are they to buy bread for R5 or R20 Meat or are they there to serve us. It felt so embarrassing didn't even know what to say. Does she even know the reason why am i there to buy food for R5.I work for big brand and i do not remember asking my customer why is she buying a phone costing 300 where else the are customer who can buy a device amounting to R40000.Im there to work to serve my client not to be little them or show off this unacceptable and workers like that do not deserve to be working with people if they can such things randomly
