Bad customer service

I was insulted my the security guard, for not wearing my mast properly. He was shouting and I responded. He continued till was out of the shop. I reported to the manager and the head security. Nothing was done. We are always undermined but we keep quiet but this was the last. Mqanduli is a small village town in the Eastern Cape. People look down on us and get away with it. No more
