Bad customer service

We were at shoprite devland Matlapeng, we wanted a slice of cake no one was available to help so we waited 15 to 20 minutes right next to the bakery there was a lady who works there i asked her for help she didnt, then i went to find the manager they paged her and she said she was busy and didn't want to burn things, so i asked her if she helped me would that cause production to burn she then said she did not know the codes.The manager of the bakery Muzi khumalo and another employee who was on lunch said that the cake slices where old stock no fresh for consumption So i wanted to take a picture of the old stock that is being advertised but i was told i am not allowed i insisted on taking a picture and i was told to do whatever i want by Muzi khumalo and Monde Gumbi
