Bad customer service

I'm in shoprite @ Khayelitsha site b centre, the customer service here it's disgusting very poor we've been standing here by till 18 since 15:00 o'clock, the cashier only now told us that it's a staff till only for people who work in the mall. So all till are very full, as I'm writing this review the cashier is busy assisting staff who only go here Now, cashier only takes one customer from us once in a while, come on guys we spending our own money here this is really disappointing, and hence I don't like shopping in our local mall as African, it's because of this kind of a treatment because even the supervisor did see this and obviously they ok with this. Will never shop in this store ever so disgusting nxaaa.
