Bad customer care and customer service

Hi Shoprite Evaton Mall

M so unhappy with the service I got from the guy works at an express till, what happened was 5 tills were working including the xpress till but 3 were being cut off I had no choice but to join the xpress till as the other was packed.

The guy came to tell us that his till is an xpress till and it takes upto 10 items told him we didn't notice as all tills were cut off he blatantly told us he won't serve us and I asked him where would we go now? "hase taba yaka eo but nna till yaka ke 10 items" he said, so we stood there as we had no hope n we've been on that cue 4 quite a while.

Then when I arrived on the till I was then assisted by Thami Funeka and she was so rude to an extent that I almost took off my mask and give her answers towards what she saying "ha le di boso mona akere la bona ke xpress till e? Skatlo fihlang ka molao wa lona mona nxag" she said and I told her that all tills were cut off the time I cued here then she rep****: "now they're open".

I am a loyal customer to Shoprite but what I received today was totally out of line instead what they should have done was either to move us to a till that would accommodate us as we have already cued or assist us without telling us harsh words

M so lost for words and disappointed that a store I love so much with it's low would 1day treat me like this
