Bad customer care

I collected items from the shop, when I was in the till I went back to collect another item, when I came back my trolley was taken by the hurry Shop rite staff. I had to recollect them again. It was hardly 30 seconds and my staff was taken. No one cared about this all they were worried about was to worry to go home not to care for the customers.
