Bad customer at Zola Shoprite

I was at Zola Shoprite money market for a cashwithdrawal waited for 3 hours from 5pm to 8pm only to be told the shop doesn't have money by a Cashier called Ngcinile. She said we must come back tomorrow after waiting for 3 long hours. I believe she must be fired together with the Shop manager because they were busy flirting and not serving Customers. If Shoprite as a company condone such **** customer service then Zola Shoprite must be shut down because they didn't know that the Customer is King. I am so disappointed.
