Bad customer

I went to Shoprite Glenridge ext 16 on the 05 November 2019 after shopping on my way out, I was stopped by the Sarah Chauke who is the security at the shop. She checked my parcels in my hand bag she found packet of lil lets pads which I bought earlier at Checkers in Sandton . Then she asked if I had a slip for them I told her I had no slip because I was going to use them. I was taken to her Mananger Phindi who said that will have to pay the pads and leave them at the shop even they were mine. I then asked if they can zoom the cameras instore to check if I really took the sanitary towels without paying for them and they refused. I am highly disappointed by the way they treat their customers and the most frustrating part is that I bought groceries for R184.56 so why would I would walk out of the shop without paying for a R13 product. The cameras are meant to check if there are any *****ts or ******** behaviours by customers.
