Bad costumer service from nongoma shop rite money market

I was at home for funeral for my Sister someone sent me money from akarmans she was supposed to deposit money to my account unfortunately the atm was not working she decided to use akarmans and I didn't have my ID with me I went to Nongoma shoprite with my brothers some Sakhile I waited in the queue for more than 2 hours waiting to withdraw the money from money market after reaching the lady in by the name nompumelelo she told us to go back by the door and wait there she will call us some of the people in the store where just going there without coming to the queue again we went to another lady when we were called by the name of Nosipho she asked me who's the owner of the money I told her it was me but my brothers son was going to withdraw it on my behalf she refused I asked her if we can assume the money it's for him she again refused I asked the manager she said we can't withdraw the money and I explained to her that this is my brother's son she said he can withdraw the money again Nosipho told us to wait while she was just taking to her friends and helping people that were not in the queue we waited for 2 hours again ang they kept on chasing me in front because I was waiting to help my brother's son to unlock the phone using biometric finger print until I was helped but I couldn't withdraw the other amount because they said pin was not correct im very disappointed about the service I received from Shoprite nongoma until I go3 help from Nongoma shoprite in plaza miss Ndwandwe the mananger but I so disappointed by this Nosipho for terrible service while I was also supposed to fetch my sister body from moutary
