bad costumer service

i went to shoprite to buy a grocery when i get to the till point i realize that i forgot my bank card but i had cash with me and it was not enuf i asked the cashier to return few items i will pay with cash that i have...she asked if am staying far or is there anyone who can bring me the card she save my transaction while we waiting for the card i was like its okay i will call my husband to bring me the card.. the cashier called the supervisor to save the transaction for us while we still waiting for the card...here comes the supervisor shouting at me if i did see what time is it there closing at seven and so on by that time it was six o clock i told that she must stop and the manager came and assist us with peace...i went to the store again yesterday i bumped to her and i asked her that was it necessary for her to shout at me she told me that i must fix my self

the customer service is very bad at shoprite i couldn't get there email address i only have there numbers
