Bad costumer service

stood in a que at shoprite didnt have a problem with that when i got close to pay the cashier said cash only then i asked her why she didnt say it while we were still in the que, cause now I've been standing for so long can not go to another line, she answered that if i we want to make noise we should go to the office and make noise there. the manangers office was opened she saw everything how ever she didnt say a word, she was just sitting down.
