Bad client service makhaza

<p>Today I went to khayelitsha makhaza shoprite to do shopping and cash back with ma sons card he's 2 Years they refused to give me cash back coz the card wrote Mr E Sokufudumala who is ma son I even showed them my nedbank cashless card to check signature is the same and the surname, they said they wanted the child to be present which I found to be inconvenient as I withdraw from other shoprite shops both the manager and the cashier had attitude,manager's name Sango Jikolo and cashier Thumeka Booi. I am really upset where is consistency coz it's the same company just a different branch.</p>
