Bad client service

So here I was today at shoprite in Welkom bok sreet, I went there to buy pampers that was on sale as seen on Tv. When I got there i foimd a lady packing andni asked her which pampers were those as i see no special there the lady rep**** in a nice manner and said that she doesn't know but she will take me to the manager maybe she knows. We got to the manager by the name of Nnina Lebakeng the lady who accompanied me tried to call her aside as she was busy with her so called "Family" she started shouting at us and sid cant u guys seen that im busy with my family, my family comes first than these customers therefore u guys will have to wait for me ". That was said with duch such aggressiveness anf bitterness she was so mean her attitude was disgusting. Well i must say ive never been this disappointed in my entire life in front of other cashiers and customers. She may be the manager but still has no right to talk to me like that. I am greatly disappointed. She then came back to me and asked me of i got help i said no she then said take those pampers to thr till so that they can check for you still with such attitude whrn i got to the till it was not of those i left shoprite in such anger for such poor client service.
