Bad client service

Shoprite Garankuwa should consider making self service terminals because u can't waiting at a butchery with +-6 people working there at the time and none of them takes initiative of assisting customers.I stood there for a while and no even one of the employees on Saturday acknowledged me.I regret going there because I eventually left without buying the meat because I just stood there without assistance.Just when I thought my misery was over the cashier was not friendly.I greeted and she didn't respond she did her job and asked how many plastics I needed and I told her, l started packing and after she was done she just watched me and I had to ask her to assist me and she gave me an unpleasant look but she did anyway because I told her that she is waisting time whichever way because she won't assist another person until I am done.Yoh she even wanted to put some things on top of the eggs.I am so disappointed.To thick that there are competitors Pick n pay in the complex but they still don't up their game. I thought things would be different when they had competition around but the service I received needs to improve
