Bad cistomer service at shoprite batho plaza

Yesterday i ordered beef at shoprite and i got wrong order i called them they said the store is closed,,then i said i will return it tomoro,,they said ok,,then i called sixty60,,they advised me to return it today,,but when i get there at shoprite batho plaza they refused to exchange for me they,said they dnt exchange food and i said this is not what i ordered,they said its not their problem,,so yhoo i am so hurt,,xem because its their staff that they gave the driver a wrong order
