Bad behaviour towards customers

Hi I am Mpho I was at shoprite at motse wa dijane Hlahatsi section at Katlehong,I've never experience dat kind of behaviour I wanted to withdraw the amount of R250 to one of the tills the cashier told me dat she doesn't have money then I had to go to the next cashier I greeted her nd ask to withdraw the amount of R250 she didn't hear when I say can I please draw R250 she just answered me in her own way saying to me (yetsang R250) what's wrong with R250,I did speak with her telling her that is not a good manner to talk with the customers cause I am a customer nd worse part I also work for retailer and I know how to talk with customers you know I forgot to take the cashier's name cause we ended up arguing in front of the manager and I was so angry for dat kind of behaviour, shop rite staff they are full of bad attitude they dont know what is a customer and am very angry for what happened today if I knew her name I was going to report her at the head office.
