Bad behavior from Shoprite / Checkers Truck Driver

Last week I made numerous calls to the Shoprite transport depo in Brackenfell to lodge a complaint about one do the truck drivers - Truck number M4547 with the registration number of CF175150. I was driving on the R300 toward Kuilsriver and turn into the left lane. As I was about to turn into the lane the driver excellerate and was right on top of me and hooted so I moved out of the lane and moved in a little bit further. On the off ramp the truck stopped next to me at the traffic light and the driver got out pulling my car door to open and banging my window - shouting and screaming. I was on the phone at that stage and the person could hear him carry on and keep on banging / slamming against my window and pulling my door. I was afraid and immediately started to panic as I knew that if he had a gap he wouldve hurt me. I still dont know what the problem was as there was enough space between the truck and the following vehicle in front of him for me to move into. Still this doesnt give anyone a reason to attack me or my car. The man that normally stand at the traffic light and his son chased the driver back into the truck. I was in such shock and I phoned the depo immediately and spoke to a lady which said that she will send a mail to the manager and she took down my e-mail address as well as my cell number - needless to say that never received any communication so I phoned again the following day in the afternoon - once again told the story and same - took my e-mail address and phone number so that the manager can make contact with me. A week later and still no person interested to contact me regarding this incident. I am still traumatized by the happenings and for such a big company just to ignore the situation is unacceptable. The drivers hand prints were all over my window and car. I'm a woman driving alone and i'm still shaken up by this that I'm too scared to drive that road home. Just show you that people doesnt care anymore. Maybe if he attacked me and not just my car just maybe someone wouldve investigated and communicated. How far should a driver go before MANAGEMENT will get back to a person???
