Bad behavior

Never in a million years have I experienced such bad customer service at shoprite mini Mariannhill on Friday the 24/01/2020. I was at the money market to get some cash that was transferred, the lady told me the system are down any cashier can assist if I do cash bank. When I went to the cashier she first said she doesn't have cash if I want cash back, the way she responded it shows she doesn't wanna assist me than i pass by the lady at money market I told her the cashier doesn't have money she said so, the same lady at the money market shouted at the cashier to ask why she's doesn't do cash back cause she have money? The cashier responded in a bad tone, showing that she doesn't wanna assist " why don't you assist the customer cause I have queue to attend "......i felt like I could hind somewhere the way both of them shouting at each other, at that same point I'm at the centre waiting to be assist to get cash. Customers were looking around what was happening with lot of noise, they was a guy who came to me to apologize of what was happening....i left the shop cause to me it shows that people's working at that shoprite doesn't value they job....speaking any how with customers, not giving solution to what customer want and mostly showing they working to get money not to serve customers as it should be. I couldn't recognize they names cause it was hidden "backward".
