Bad, bad service ( Shorprite End Street)

I deposited money on last week Thursday for my mother, on my way home I was ****** they took the bag that had the slip and before I could SMS my mother the numbers. I went back to ShopRite to get a reprint of the slip so I can SMS my mother the money, they told me to go get an affidavit at police station, I went got the Affidavif went to shoprite the same day they told me that their system has a problem they give me and reprint.. my mother in waiting for that money now where do I go and , how will I get a refind
