Bad bad service

I don't wish for any1 to go through what I went through iv been advised that they will escalate the matter to a regional manager till this day as i was advise by a manager that il receive a call regarding the matter monday 21 September 2020.I can neva let this go why do u hire staff that you dnt train how to treat customers we blacks have a tendency of undermining each other....I want this sorted so no one ever gets the treatment i got
