bad attitude/ treatment from a security lady

Today around 11h00 i went to shoprite newtown junction after i collect my repeats at clicks pharmacy, i purchased toilet papers and i took them to the parcel counter(Shoprite, and when i was entering shoprite there was a security lady by door who screamed at me and tells me to take the schoolbag to the parcel counter, i explained to her that she can searched it when i am done but she was rude, and i use thw school bag as a handbag, inside the was my purse, carkeys,laptop, 2 cellphones, media camera, tablet,my medication etc, i tried to explain to her that i have valuable items with me, and it was not for the 1st,or second time i receive this kind of treatment,from shoprite newtown junction.i cannot hold cellphones,car keys laptop etc because of the security, i am so embrassed they she spoke to me it was unprofetional, i end up loosing interest od buying goods that i went to buy.
