Bad attitude towards customers

What a terrible customer service I have received from a rude sales consultant Isabel she really ruined my day,I was looking for a toy and I asked her as I saw her in that department the way she answered me is not a right way to answer a customer,she said they don't have that toy n I ask her again that are they stil gonna receive them n her answer to that was "awusizwa isizulu" in a rude attitude. I went to report her to her manager they called her to apologise but still she was even rude in front of them refusing to apologise trying to make a point that she didn't do anything wrong.
