BAD ATTITUDE TO COSTOMERS

<div>Good day Today i was doing my grocery shopping at 10:00: 49 the lady who was at the till is Lettie Mosimane, she is a nice lady she knew how to treat a customer, but her packer PORTIA MONANI she is very rude to customers, i was at the till paying my grocery and the time i ask the lady at the till to swap my XTRA SAVINGS CARD Lettie Mosimane , when she take my card she want to swap for me, the lady by the name of Portia Monani was i parker at that till she took my card from the till lady with a bad attitude and she shouted at me, she said you must learn to swap by yourself and i said to her, i did not know that i have to swap it myself because last time i was here the till lady swap it for me. Again Portia Monani she answered me with an attitude, she said NOO!! you must learn to swap by yourself and the other Shoprite ladies from the other till next to that till i was on, they started to laugh at me, when i ask Portia MONANI why are you talking to me like this and your colleagues are laughing at me, eish yane PORTIA MONANI SHOUTED AT ME, ,IN SOTHO SHE SAID ( HEYI WENA TO ME, BATHO BA BA TSHEGA DITABA TSA BONA) I'm was embarrassed, I just ignore her and concentrate on Lettie Mosimane she was helping me nicely, and i look at Portia and she look at me with an attitude that shows me she is not scared of me, maybe if we were outside the shop she was going beat me and she took her name tag off put it in a pocket because she saw that i was checking on her name tag. Can Shoprite do something about PORTIA MONANI or take her for training, SHE IS A BAD PERSON SHE DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. Shoprite is my favourite grocery shop, i don't buy grocery from other shops, i always go to shoprite but if shoprite employees treat customers the way Portia Monani did to me, Shoprite will lose customer.
