bad attitude of staff

on the 18/9/2015 at 14h41 i was at shoprite ennerdale to buy some willards chips 30g the price reflected on the shelf showed R2.49 and the till price was R4.99 i told the till lady that the shelf price was R2.49 i ask for the manager and they rep**** that she is not available to see to my query they than brought a lady by the name of Gertrude marti to come and attend to the problem i went and showed her the shelf price and she than rectified the problem as i was about to leave the store she commented in front of the other customers that i must be happy that i got the chips at R2.49 and that because of me the packer that packed the shelf will be out off a job i rep**** to that it is not my problem as they don't do there work right i was so insulted by her comment that she tell me what she thinks is that the way shoprite staff are to treat the paying customers i got home and phone the store to talk to manager but she was not available how convenient not to take my call when there is a complaint about the staff this is not the first time things like this has happen at shoprite ennerdale and i can now say that there will be nothing done of this complain by shoprite
