Bad attitude from Store Manager

<p>I got into the store and told the Store Manager Mxolisi that the heater that I just bought its faulty. He insisted to check the heater for 30 minutes and clearly it was faulty. After I went to him he told me that he does not have time for me and his still busy as Customer I must wait until his done. To be treat like by Manager of such establish enterprise it’s bad. I’m not happy with the product and the service I got from Shoprite Hillbrow .</p>
