Bad attitude from Management and staff

I was at Shoprite Usave at Carolina in Mpumalanga i took an item on the floor it was R139.99 and on the till it scanned R167.99 i told the cashier that the i am only paying the price i saw she then called for a void store Manager Miss Sonto did the void and left i then had to wait because she left the cashier called her she took her time and after few minutes she came and told me that its not her duty to fix prices she will call her assistant manager Mr Mahlangu but he is busy with cashups i must wait and she was rude and after few minutes the assistant came and he was angry did not even greet me i told him my query he said he is going to send someone to check and then he did the manual discount but he told me that i must not teach him his duty. I went out because i have bought 2 items only to find out one is wrong my husband went in to do an exchange he found the same assistant manager and the cashiers gossiping about me that i think that i am better. So i wish their company must teach their staff customer service and love their job because i cannot pay more than what i have seen and apologize to customer if they are wrong coz its very rude to wait for more than 30 min to be assisted by employees who are being paid especially senior staff with stinky attitude i wish they could displined them and also get an feedback about this issue coz i was not happy at all that is not the way they are supposed to be .
