BAD ATTITUDE FROM EMPLOYEE

Bad experience at Shoprite Bishop Lavis. Me and my colleague went there to buy something for lunch, we are officers on duty in full uniform armed, we only grab few items and went to kiosks to pay hoping to get a faster service as we can not be there long with firearms, I was so surprised and disappointed with the attitude we received from Bernice the following were her words to us,

“ I fail to understand why YOUS don’t wanna stand on the line when you are here while us have to stand on the line there by the police station”.

I responded to her telling her that first of all we didn’t skip any line we stood on the line that goes to kiosk thinking that we gonna be assisted bcz we had few items with us and we are not rendering the same services she can’t compare our services with theirs. She kept on telling us that we are not special. What Bernice did was so uncalled for, she was supposed to inform us of their procedures instead of telling everyone that was around that we are not special. We had firearm with us which makes us danger to community as we become targets we can not stand on the long line. I will appreciate if management can resolve this issue.
