Bad attitude from a cashier by the name of Bandile

<p>I went to pay for Popcorn only to find a till that was open with no one before me a cahier lady with a name pasted infront of her Bandile/Banele in Kwa Guqa Mall in Witbank</p> <p>She took a wet cloth & started cleaning I greated at her she didn't even respond she started shouting talking to her colleagues while I was standing waiting infront of her it was not even busy I waited while they were talking to each other she didn't even refer me to another cashier after 5minutes of waiting she then greated me didn't even cared to apologise</p> <p>This upset me because this are some of the things that takes is back as black people that we don't have respect for each other I felt disrespected as a customer because if it was a white person they were not going to shout or make me stand there while the was no1 infront of me</p> <p> This are things that takes us back as people as a country as black people </p> <p>the attitude I received was not acceptable in big business such as shoprite the service standards sucks as much as lowprices are promoted the staff they dont know how to treat the customers with respect.I at some stage I felt like going out & living the popcorn that I went to buy.if it was no for the lady who knows the cashier who saw that I have been waiting who said why doesn't she clean in the morning I would be properly be standing waiting to be helped or eventually leave the store without popcorn</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
