bad attitude from 2 shoprite employees

On 29/09/17 I went to shoprite and walked passed a lady(Nomthandazo) and a guy with his name tag worn up side down(couldnt get his name),they were pushing a trolley that had plastics in order to allocate to the cashiers,as i was approaching them,the store was very busy and i was trying to move to side to give them the way so they can pass but just before i moved the guy and nomthando attached me with bad attitude,"cant you see we want to pass and you are just standing there move", well i believe that in everything we say its not about what you say but its about how you say,shoprite employees must learn to respect customers and it all begins with putting the client first and worsed of all is that its not the first time i receive such a bad service experience from shoprite phumulani mall.management must take action.
