Bad attitude and wrong price displays (Misleading)

<p>I am so disgusted by the attitude I recieved from a sales manager at the Bellville Branch Shoprite yesterday afternoon. His name is: Eben Abees. I was bying chocolate and I saw the price of the Amarula Dark Chocolate mared as R16.99, when I got to the till the cashier scanned it and the price was different and it was R64 and some cents. I immediately objcted and called one of the supervisors to check the price on the shelves and she saw that I was correct in saying that the price for the Item I took was R16.99. She then went fecth her manager who went and check, however this guy: : Eben Abees got irritated and rude to me and he told me that it was not responsible and I was responsible for the error, and he kept on saying that maybe someone switched the prices. I told him that was not my problem and he walked away while I was talking to him. He just said you can go ahead and call the complaints department there is the number written on the plastic bag. I need this to be dealt with I am a customer, I cannot be disrespected and humiliated in front of the whole customers at shoprite. I need this sorted otherwise I am going to your CEO's office if needs be. I need those chocolate at that price which was R16.99 as it was marked on the shelf not R64.</p>
