Bad attitude and service

To whom it may concern

So yesterday I went to Shoprite to buy some staff, being a holiday and month end for everyone, the que were very long. The cashier who was helping me, helped her friends whom she first had a chit chat with them and were in none of the ques in front of me, when I asked why was she doing that without asking from us. She told me that people who withdraw money do not que and I can not tell her how to do her work. She then changed to say that these ladies were in another que. I then ask why are they not brought by a controller so that we know they were in one of the ques. She then said to me, because I know too much, why don't I wear a belt and be then controller and repeatedly emphasised that I can not tell her how to do her job. The cashier's name is Mandisa Moyo at Shoprite KG Mall
