Bad attitude and poor service

I went to buy electricity at shoprite batho plaza at around 18:25. I wanted to buy R120 but separate R60, moloisane and refilwe told me is not possible n u cnt buy electric twice in a day, moilasane doesn't have good customer care n and she was rude to me, they dnt knw there systems. They forced me to buy sumthing i ddnt wnt, bad service
