Bad attitude and poor costomer service

<p>I would like to send my grievance to Shoprite about poor customer service and bad attitude I have recieved fromShoprite (Dawn Park Shopping Complex Boksburg). I went for shopping at Shoprite (Dawn Park Shopping Complex Boksburg) so I had to stand in a long queue to pay since only few tills were operating; when I arrive at the till I paid my items and I also requested to buy electricity. I was told to join another queue to buy electricity, therefore I requested the till controller (Tholakele Dumisa) to help since I have queue for a long time and to queue another long queue would be inconvenient since I have queued another long queue already so she gave me an attitude and told me she doesn’t have my time and I must leave the shop if I want to and I had to report to the store manager Mr. Elias Simelane but he couldn’t help me. As a customer who always buy my grocery at Shoprite (Dawn Park Shopping Complex), it is very sad to receive such a kind of attitude especially from Tholakele Dumisa and unfortunately is not the first time she overreact this way and it is really unacceptable that we have to struggle with this type of behavior hence we spend our own money and she got paid out of it. </p>
