Bad attitude and Maintainance

I went to shoprite in jabulani mall Saturday evening 28/10/2017 at 17:20 thinking its the best time to do my grocery.I firstly went to the parcel counter only to find out i should wait on the que as i was told that there's no space for my parcel of spinach and lettuce when i asked the lady why wasnt there space because there were empty shelfs she told me my items are heavy for the top shelfs and that the shelf were falling and they didnt have enough number cards for the shelfs .I then asked what was the management saying about that situation she had no answer but no the security was proud to tell me to wait for other customers to come and release their parcels and stop being stubborn..Question now being for how long as I'm in a hurry because i left my 2month old outside with the dad and its cloudy it looks like its going to rain?I received nothing but bad attitude from the security and the parcel counter lady.Then the lady following me went and called the manager when he came i asked if it was my fault that their shelfs are falling and that they dont have enough cards with shelf numbers because of that i had to wait?He said no and only then i was given a chance to place my parcels,I started my shopping only at 17:45. Its not the first time i have received bad attitude from the staff of Shoprite.Im now questioning myself if they are trained about customer service or is it because its in soweto customer service doesn't matter. I have been to other shoprites and i have never received so much bad attitude they seriously need to be trained.How do i recommend people to go abd buy there when i was so abused??.Thats one of the biggest shoprites in soweto and not maintained where are the maintenance people who should be fixing such things and how long have they been like that for the management not to notice?.It simply means theres no communication between the staff and management because he was as surprised that shelfs are falling..so hello peter please send inspectors to the shop to do quality check because customers are suffering for the poor conditions..
