Bad attitude and horrible customer

What is this with our own black people giving bad customer service? first the plastics that that gave us were tearing 2ndly the lady with an attitude at the till did not give us good customer service... I wanted to withdrew money at the till some it's December and we all know it's risky to withdrew at the Atm. ... I was looked at as if m crazy when I wanted ti withdraw mmoney. ..
