Bad attitude and dirty products

On Sunday I went to Usave in Bronville, Welkom to buy goods. I wanted to buy a packet of Willards Smoked beef but due to the aircon messing its waste on all of the top products in the shelf. I decided to take something from the bottom that is cleaner. At the tillpoint I saw that there was a display with the packet of my choice and by now the cashier scanned the alternative I asked her that I want to exchange it for the Willards that I wanted.<br> <br> She then notified Lucky who is a manager in training. He came there already with an attitude and told me that this is a process that I am wasting time. I told him that he must look at the manner he treats his customer or is it because the business is in the rural area and not in town. He said that I can lodge a complaint as many other people tried it. I told him that I am not other people and that I will not leave it like this. I am a paying customer. Without asking me to wait he left. After a while the manager came and assisted and I told him about the attitude of the guy and he said that it was not the first time. This is not the way how people should be handled and I want this guy to apologise and change his attitude towards customers.
