Bad attitude and bullying from staff member

Went to shoprite Denlyn Mall.. The Bad Attitude and the amount of bulling from a staff member that I observed is beyond horrible. The shoprite staff member was actually fighting with a senior citizen(Pensioner). The customer was not even talking to her yet the staff memeber had the nerve to approach the customer and ask of he has any problem with her and why is he talking behind her back. And swearing a the poor old man. The staff member was uncontrollable she was making noise for everyone to hear and all eyes were on the on the poor old man being insulated my this young staff member. What surprised me more was even after I asked for a manager the staff memebr had the nerve to tell me i can call the manager and she refused to keep quite continued to even say she wished ahe knew where this old man stays so she can send people to beat him up.. Even after i asked for the manager no one presented themselves as the manager. After numerous attempts to get this staff member quite she eventually calmed down. But later got into another argument to with a young man we was also not talking to her but merely making a comment about the whole. commotion. And the argument almost went physical thats when people started to intvn. My problem here as a shoprite costimer for many years. I accompany my gran mother every month to do her groceries question is if I don't do that will she also experience the amount of abuse the pensioner experiences....
